It is formed by melting locally supplied inorganic raw materials at 1200ºC - 1250ºC and turning them into fiber. It can be produced in different sizes and technical specifications, with different coating materials, in the form of mattresses, sheets, pipes and castings, depending on the place of use and purpose.

It can be produced in different sizes and technical specifications, with different coating materials, in the form of mattresses, sheets, pipes and castings, depending on the place of use and purpose.
It provides fire safety along with thermal insulation, sound insulation and acoustic regulation.
Thermal conductivity declared value is between 0.031 – 0.044 W/mK.
Water vapor diffusion resistance factor is µ=1.
Usage temperature is between -50 / +250ºC. Glass wool products without binders can be used up to 500°C. Additionally, special glass wool products used in the -200 / +400ºC range can also be produced.
Even if exposed to heat and humidity, there will be no change in its dimensions.
It does not deteriorate over time, does not rot, does not catch mold, does not corrode or rust. It cannot be destroyed by insects and microorganisms.
It is not hygroscopic and non-capillary.
Uncoated glass wool products are in class A1, which is "non-combustible materials" according to TS EN 13501-1.
